It's nothing huge, but my husband is away at conferences alot these days. The kids and I used to get so sad when he'd leave, until I decided that we needed a fun tradition. Now when Daddy gets called away, we have a party!! I rent movies, make special food and we all cuddle up together to have a fun little gathering. It's really helped to ease the anxiety of my husband's absence. The kids almost look forward to it now! :) I have a little tradition that I’d love to share.
