Maja,
That was so motivational to me, thank you! Typically I was a goal-oriented person, not so much anymore. But after listening to your show I am going to get back on track. My two goals are more like themes for the year (and life hopefully) letting go and starting over.
I want to let go of the little things that annoy me. I want to let them go so that things that used to bug me I wont even notice. I know it is very broad and general but I will work on one specific thing a week to let go of. That way my broad goal is specific and attainable.
Starting over is also very broad but when I can't let go of that one thing I want to realize that it is ok to start over, I haven't failed and it is not useless to keep trying.
Thanks for the encouragement, I needed that kick start!

Maja,
Thankyou for your tips on resolutions. You motivated me to think about goals more insightfully by asking how my life will change, and how I will respond when I'm tired and discouraged. I also thought it a great idea to actually schedule a time to reflect upon these things and how important a resolution may actually be. With your help, I may actually realize a measure of success in becoming better. Suzanne
