Show #5 - Ditch the Holiday Stress!
If you’re feeling holiday overwhelm, or you’re having trouble doing the Christmas balancing act…this show is for you!
It’s crunch time, and also time to do the “slash and burn” dance and figure out exactly what is most important, while pushing aside things that will cause you too much stress, or that you just don’t have time for. This episode will help you to schedule in the events and memories with family and friends ahead of time. We’re going to be booking activities now, to ease your hectic schedule next week. Maja also talks about the pursuit of “perfection” vs. “happiness”. Do you have BIG Expectations and holiday stress? Maja encourages you to be happy and to “let go of what you have to” to actually enjoy the special moments. Pat yourselves on the back for all you have accomplished so far, take a deep breath and enjoy the Holiday. Merry Christmas!

Great Podcast! I’m pleased to announce my Christmas shopping is done, cards have been written and are at the door waiting to go to the mail box! It’s funny how Christmas stress still creeps in (what will I do when we get to go home for Christmas and I have kids, etc?!?). Thanks for the Cook Book! I’ll be anxiously awaiting it’s arrival.

Hey Maja,
I represent the group who this podcast was totally intended for. Thank you so much for focusing on those of us who are feeling like they are “failing at Christmas” - your show today brought me hope. I swear it’s like you’re talking right to me, and cheering me on.
I also appreciate that you don’t expect us to be perfect! You’re the best!

Maja,
I found this sight thru orgjunkie. I am so glad to have found you. I’ve just started to follow your podcasts, so I have a little catching up to do. I can say that I am a Christmas nut, so all of that has already been taken care of.
Now, just to get my house and life taken care of
Pam
