		<description>I am down with the ziplocs as well. The meat in the 1 lbs portions is great, and freezing flat (especially hamburger) makes thawing so much faster. 
I never thought of them for storing left over soup though, good idea!</description>

		<description>This is a good trick. I've used it before but I don't know what for... I am a pro ziploc-er. I use them to freeze meat in 1lb portions and I lay them as flat as I can get them to freeze so that they store more easily in our over packed freezer. Same with soups, etc. You are a genius Maja!</description>
