Tip #1 - Phone Counter Fiasco
Welcome to our very first tip! These are going to be short and sweet and if you do them, will get your house and lives whipped into shape in no time!
Today’s little project is your main phone area. For most people, this is a disastrous drop zone for paperwork, lego bits, mail, kids crafts, phonebooks and directories, loose change, random homeless keys… No more!! This is going to be a happy place now! Paperwork goes in a pile and straight to the office, toys to the kids room, random keys to the GARBAGE (but check first with all people in the house who may know where it belongs), give your change to the kids for running all this to the right rooms! Make sure you have a cute jar of pens on display, a cute notepad and… NOTHING ELSE!!! Phonebooks, while necessary, are ugly and because they are not used every time you pick up the phone, can go inside a cupboard. And BANG you are done!

Maja you are so on the ball! How did you know that my phone counter is an abomination?
Cute pens, cute notepad and a phone. Ok I may need a little “on the phone coaching” on this one! L!

Our phone is currently tucked behind our printer and out of use! One day I totally want specific phone space. This tip makes so much sense!
